HT-CL series intelligent flow control valve is used for industrial and technological processes where there is in the need to control the flow.
Intelligent flow control valve is formed by the flowmeter, intelligent actuator and high-precision regulating ball valve. Based on the use of different conditions, a variety of flowmeters can be chosen, such as electromagnetic flowmeter, vortex flowmeter and turbine flowmeter. Intelligent actuator has position control and PID functions. PID function is to ensure temperature stable almost at the set point. Intelligent actuator can set or change the flow value. And according to different flow, users can control the precision and set the corresponding PID tuning parameter. At the same time it can display the instantaneous flow rate and the valve opening, providing human interface and the debug menu.
Intelligent temperature control valve integrates sensor, valve, actuator, temperature controller and power module into the integrated design, simplifying users’ selection workload.
