   Established in 2004, Shandong runchi heavy forging co., ltd is a production and tread enterprise integrating the forging ,machining and heat treatment of machinery in China .

Our enterprise covers an area of    square meters ,  building area   square meters. The main equipment :  5000T forging hydraulic press , 2500T forging hydraulic press; 10T free forging  electric-liquid  Hammer; 3T free forging  electric-liquid  Hammer; diameter 5m CNC ring rolling machine; vertical lathe; Horizontal lathe; high speed CNC drilling lathe; heating furnace; Heat treatment furnace. The annual capacity is 70000 tons.

   Our main products are various kinds of forging parts , such as forged ring , forged shaft ,forged crank shaft, forged stepped shaft , forged flange , forged bar, forged tube,  forged cylinder, forged gear , forged valve, forged disc, forged cake , forged pipe fitting, tube sheet ,etc.  Currently, the outer diameter of largest ring can reach 5000mm, the length of shaft can reach 18 meter , the MAX weight of forging parts can reach 30 tons . The products can largely used in different industries like wind power, nuclear, petrol-chemical, electric power , machinery ,shipping, bearing, etc.

  The number of total staffing Shandong runchi heavy forging co., ltd is 300 employees. Among them , there are 50 engineers and technicians . We also own complete set of inspection equipment , which  enable us to do chemical analysis, mechanical test, spectral test and UT test. We have certificate of ISO 9001 quality system and pressure vessel certificate , China Classification Society certificate. There are 30% of our products sold to different countries like USA , Italy, France, Brazil , Germany, Argentina ,etc.
