HTY-DI 1000B TOC analyzer TOC instrument

It is a patented product developed independently, which is a micro-computerized precision analysis instrument of intelligence and high sensitivity. It is specially used in testing the total organic carbonconcentration in purified water, injection water and ultrapure water. HTY-DI1000B TOC analyzer can display multi-parameter, including total carbon (TC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), total organic carbon (TOC), conductivity and the temperature. It also has online real-time monitoring function that customers can choose the shortest interval of 10 seconds, and the fastest time of 5 minutes off-line testing. History data can be showed as a diagram, and it makes the changes of total organic carbon and conductivity value more visually.

Working principle:

DI 1000B TOC analyzer operation principle is to oxidize the organic matters in the sample by UV lamp and convert them into carbon dioxide. Then TOC analyzer adopts direct conductance method to detect the concentration of carbon dioxide and report the result. Here TC and TIC are detected and TOC is equal to TC minus TIC (TOC = TC-TIC).
