Hong Ye silicone brand mold making silicone HY625 is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1, mainly be suitable for making molds application.
Note:silicone oil with 100cst is also available.

Hong Ye silicone brand mold making silicone HY625 is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of two component, part A is aflowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent.
Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.
Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you cn pour it into the mold frame. The sillicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.
Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5mins, othewise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing. it will not be operated.
