The RTV-2 and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener is a two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber. Two parts of compounds have crosslinking reaction under the presence of catalyst to form a flexible elastomer.

Operating steps of RTV-2 and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener

1. Deal with the original mould.

2. Spary release agent evenly on the original mould

3. Weigh the RTV-2 silicone rubber and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener correctly and mix them evenly

4. Put the mixed silicone into vacuum pump for bubble releasing

5. Perfusion or brushing process

Storage and Precautions of RTV-2 and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener

High reproduction RTV-2 and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid chemical product. RTV-2 and Curing Agent /Catalyst/Hardener is not easy to burnt and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. 

The shelf life of the RTV2 and Curing Agent/Catalyst/Hardener is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited.
