Mainly application of RTV 2 SILICONE

RTV 2-K SILICONE is a two part silicone rubber and curing with tin catalyst. As with a low viscosity, high strength and excellent duplication times, it's widely used for concrete casting and cement products casting,making silicone molds for artificial stone,concrete statue molds,garden statue molds,stone molds,cement crafts,GRC/GPR decorations,ect.

The quality of our RTV 2-K SILICONE is similar with Dow corning silicone,wacker silicone,smooth on silicone,but the prices of silicone rubber is more competitive than them.

3.How to make a silicone mold with RTV 2- SILICONE

a. clear and smooth original moulds

b. brush on release agent

c. correct weigh accoring to the mixng ratio

d stir the two parts evenly

e. vacuum-pumping less than 10min

f. pouring or brushing

(Note: We are not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould.)
