Applications of Addition HTV liquid silicone rubber for candy mold making :
With FDA certificate, Low Viscosity, good operability, exceptional fluidity, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, and insulation properties, excellent tensile and tear strength, as well as good elasticity, addition silicone rubber is suitable for food-conatct applicaitons, such as cake and chocolate mold, hard jelly candy mold making, biscuit mold, confectionary mold making.

Using Instructions of Addition HTV liquid silicone rubber for candy mold making :
1. Applicable to the injection molding process
2. Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.
3. The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness. 

Package and storage precautionsof Addition HTV liquid silicone rubber for candy mold making:
1. The material is packed in 20kg per drum.
2. It is non-dangerous goods, should be stored at a cool and dry place, keep from sun and rain.
3. The service life is 12 months, it can be used after reinspection when exceeding time limits.
4. It is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber, otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure or vulcanize. It also should keep from organic compounds containing S, P, N, and metal salt of organic acid which causing silicon not cure or unvulcanized. 

Packaging Details:   25kg/drum and 200kg/drum
