1.Features of RTV addition cure silicone rubber:

1)RTV-2 silicone is Two part of fluid: liquid white silicone and curing agent.

2)RTV-2 silicone is Cure at room-temperature within 4-8 hours, but all performance will act perfectly when it cure within 24 hours.

3)RTV-2 silicone has Good fluidity and excellent operation.

4)RTV-2 silicone is Good resistance to weather, temperature, aging, acid.

5)RTV-2 silicone has Excellent tear strength, comfortable duplication times.

RTV addition cure silicone rubber is mainly be used as following:

1)Decoration building mould making, including architecture column, porch column, interior column etc

2)Unsaturated rein crafts, epoxy resin crafts, poly resin crafts , plastic toys and so on.

3)Concrete decoration, garden statue, plant, sculpture, Buddha and animal crafts.

Why does the  RTV addition cure silicone rubber have few mold making times?

The RTV-2 silicone rubber addition cure mold has few molding times is due to follwoing reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.
