Electronic Potting Compound Silicone Rubber is a two-part RTV, neutral silicone adhesive. It exhibits excellent adhesion properties to most materials. It can be cured fast under room temperature without produce heat or corrosive by-product. The cured mixture is a soft and resilience mass. It is suitable by using dispersion machine for potting. It exhibits excellent electrical properties suitable for sealing and waterproof of electrical and electronic devises. It does not contain hazardous substances in the Candidate Lists of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHs) or Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for green environmental protection.

1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2, Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3, Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.

4, The temperature influences the curing time of 9301. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.
