Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of almospheric moisture.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink Application

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink can be used for printing of sealing patterns for on deverse substrates like steel or sulphur containing or sulphur free cylinder head gaskets by silk screen printing.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink Processing

Some filler may settle during transport and storage, to ensure a uniform mix, the components should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink is a moisture curing silicone sealant. For this reason the curing rate strongly deends on both temperature and atmospheric humidity in the surrounding.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink can be applied with standard silk screen printing equipment.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink cures under the invluence of moisture from the air, colors may be obtained by addition of 3-5% pigment paste if desired. After addition the material has to be mixed carefully.

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink Safety notes

Silicone Rubber Silicone Ink releases during cure a total of 4% butanone oxime. These vapours should not be inhaled for long periods or in high concentration. Work areas should therefore be well ventilated.
