Operating Preinciple

MB Series coal feeder is a kind of coal feeding equipment which is matched with coal fired furnace. Push the button on the control box, the speed reducer and windlass start up, coal scuttle moves upwards along the columns, its wheel triggers the upper limit switch and power supply is cut off, the coal scuttle turns over to pour the coal into coal hopper.

If pushes the reverse button, the scuttle moves downwards, its wheel triggers the lower limit switch, so that the scuttle stops. The equipment adopts the brake motor, so the scuttle can be stopped at any position.

5.Chemical reaction: For heating up paint/resin reaction vessel, activated carbon kiln,hydrofluoric acid rotary kiln, sodium silicate kiln and so on.
