Automatic Screw Packing Machine

Application of Screw Packing Machine:

It is widely applicable to the mixed packing of the accessary mounting screws, nuts, nails, wahsers and small plastic parts for the electric appliance, the decorative lamps and the decorative hardware. It replaced the the shape forming manner of the pre-made bags, greatly increased the work efficiency, so as to be widely adopted by many screw application enterprises.

 

The Parts with special shapes can also be customed according to the clients' requirements. This machine is controlled by PLC and the packing process can be realized automatically.

 

Packing Film: All heat sealable laminated film is ok such as PET/PE, PET/Plated Al/PE, BOPP etc.

Advantage of Screw Packing Machine:

1- The vibrating disk, the linear vibrating collocating unit and the accurate counting control unit which are specially made for the screw samples can ensure the accuracy of each bag.

 

2- Bag-making system adopts step motor with high precision(error is less than 1mm).

 

3- Machine is controlled by PLC and all parameters can be set and displayed on English version display screen.

 

4- Heating sealer with horizontal and vertical heating control, it can be adjusted separately with good heat-balance to ensure the seal in good quality and airtightness, suit for a variety of packaging materials.

 

5- With intelligent photoelectric controller system.

 

6- Counting device with omron sensor, high accuracy in counting.

 

7- Compact design with caster wheel for easy mobility.

 

8. It can automatically display the packing amount and conveniently count the workload of the machine.

 

9. This machine is a combined type and includes vibrating disk, raster count, discharging part and bag making and packing part, the standard configuration of this machine is two vibrating disks, it is optional to add more so as to fulfill the variety of the packing product.
