Product Description
SUNTECH AUTOMATIC SPUNLACE NONWOVEN FABRIC PRODUCTION LINE
Spunlace production line is a set of fiber mixing, carding, cross-laying, and then through the spunlace, drying, winding, slitting into a fiber product line. Starting from the mixing, opening and cleaning of raw materials, various stand-alone machines are designed in series to meet the requirements for weighing, mixing, opening and cleaning of various fibers, as well as continuous and uniform delivery.
Machine Drawing

The direct line configurations are mainly designed for lightweight spunlace fabrics using

sub-denier fibers, and for cellulosic fibers.

For durable end-uses, crosslapping line configurations are preferred using a wide range of technical fibers such as: PTFE, PA6, PA66, PE, glass fibers, PPS, Kevlar, and so on.
