BASIC INFORMATION
Expanded PTFE tape is a pure PTFE product made from special processes. It has good flexibility, compression resilience, creep resistance, high and low temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, non-aging and self-lubricating. Its sealing performance is excellent, the installation and use is very convenient. It is an ideal sealing material for chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food and beverage, electronics, electric power, metallurgy, ships and other industries.
The PTFE resin used for production is powder or
disperse liquid with high relative molecular quality and high crystallinity.
Product features: strap backing adhesive or non - backing adhesive, easy to use, no waste of leftover materials. Soft and malleable, it has the ability to compensate for scratched surfaces.
APPLICATION
Expanded PTFE tape is suitable for various of enamel lining, glass lining, plastic lining, rubber lining, graphite lining, stainless steel and titanium steel tower, heat exchanger, reaction kettle and other flange sealing, steam generator and various of abnormity mouth tank and barrel sealing.

The surface machining accuracy is poor, the uneven area is larger, the shape is irregular, the bolt fastening force is not easy to use sufficiently or large diameter equipment which should not be too large flange sealing.
