SAP75 VERSATILE FUNCTION PAVER
SAP75 versatile paver is developed by ourcompany, which is suitable for paving highway base and surface. It absorbsadvanced technology of foreign machine, high automation, easy operation andhigh efficiency make it ideal machine for the user.
The crawler of machine is fully hydraulicdriven and controlled by micro computer with constant speed, so the failure canbe diagnosed; the sensor for material transportation and separation is controlledautomatically; the imported levelling system is fitted; the key parts such aspumps, reducers, anti-abrasion material, micro-computer are all importedproducts, ensuring the machine isadvanced with high performance.

Driving System
The whole machine isfully hydraulic driven, the engine is connected with gearbox to drive all thehydraulic pumps, which supply power to the components are as followed:

TravelingDevice
Crawlers at bothsides are hydraulically driven independently, controlled by micro-computer. Itis consisted of variable motor and planet speed reducer of big ratio, which areconnected with each other as a whole and installed in the drive hub.
WeightBearing Mode
Each crawler has tenbearing wheels of free lubrication, which use power accumulator for tension.The rubber patches are replaceable. Each crawler touch area is 3247*320mm.
Brakeof Parking
Hydraulic normalclose disc brake is installed in each traveling planet speed reducerrespectively.
Steering
Left & rightcrawler driving wheels speed is changed through turning potentiometer knob leftor right to realize steering.
Hopper
The capacity is 14tons. Hopper folded in & out is operated by hydraulic stroke cylinder forentire discharge.
PushRoller
The rollercan swing to push the truck rear wheels.
ConveyorSystem
Scraper is used toconvey material. Conveyor soleplate is made of imported wearable steel plate.
Transmission: Thereis respective hydraulic driving system for each scrape conveyor, which iscomposed of pump, motor, speed reducer and chain transmission. The driven chainwheel runs the scraper.

FeederSystem
The system uses screwfeeder whose blades are of high wearable material and are easily replaced.
