MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year.
2. Do you have CE or any other certificate?
We have certifies, such as CE, Invention patent certificate of dental milling machine, Copyright Certificate of dental computer software, Patent certificate of dental milling machine etc.
3. Can you send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
When the machine arrive at buyer site, buyer can follow Operation Manual complete installation and operation, and our company provide remote control， video and multimedia teaching. There is no need to send the technical personnel to buyer company.
4. What will you do if the machine can not work during the warranty period?
a) During the warranty period, because of product quality problem, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement.
b) If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problem, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost; Or, the buyer send machine with problem back to us, our company is responsible for maintenance, we charge the appropriate cost.
