PTFE Membrane Filter Cartridges For Pharmaceutics

1. Product Description

   PTFE Membrane Filter Cartridges are sterilizing grade filters manufactured with highly retentive hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane.

  The cartridges are designed for critical filtration of aggressive solvents and as compressed gas and vent filters. Each cartridge is individually tested using bubble point method before it is released from manufacture.

   The PTFE Membrane Cartridge in an all-polypropylene construction provides excellent chemical compatibility and superior flow per surface area as compared to other membrane cartridges.

  - Electronic Grade

 Remove particles for high-purify air and electronic chemicals and the air exchange of high-purify water storage tank.

  - Pharmacy Grade

 Sterile air exchange in respirator of purify water tank,respirator of injection water tank,respirator of make-up tank and sterile filtration of N2 and compressed air and gas point & fermentation gas and solvents.

  - Food Grade

Sterile air exchange in the breathing apparatus of storage tank and bacterial culture in fermentation tank. 

- Chemical Industry 

   Remove particles from organic solvent and chemicals and high-purify chemical reagent.

- Water Treatment  

 Sterile air exchange in the purify water breathing apparatus of water treatment industry.

 -  Ordinary grade 

 Used in the compressed air system and the situation with requirements of corrosive and filtration precision, such as ozone,oxidation chemicals and strong acid/alkali etc.
