Cement rotary kiln dedicated motor

The electromagnetic design, structural design and insulation system design of the motor not only take into account the adaptability to variable frequency power supply and wide range frequency conversion speed regulation, but also embody the characteristics of working conditions of the main transmission equipment of cement rotary kiln. The low starting torque can reach the rated torque 2.5 times, and will not have a larger starting current impact. The use of fully enclosed axial blower ventilation cooling, both to ensure that the motor in the entire speed range of the cooling effect, but also to the motor in dusty harsh environment safe and reliable operation.

First, the motor performance:
          1. The data in the technical data sheet should work according to the following conditions:
          a. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
           b. The temperature of the primary cooling medium entering the motor does not exceed 40 ° C;
        c. The motor is continuous working (S1).
           2. Motor performance in line with national standards GB 755 "rotating motor quotas and performance" requirements.
           3. Motor insulation grade F-class, also made according to user requirements H-class. The internal insulation structure of the motor has the ability of adapting to the inverter output high carrier frequency voltage.
         4. When the motor power level is 400kW and below, the rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz. When the motor power rating is 450kW and above, the rated voltage is 690V and the rated frequency is 50Hz.
        5. Motor speed range. Under the rated frequency, it is constant torque speed regulation. Under the condition of open-loop U / f control, the constant torque speed ratio is 1:17. Under the condition of vector control, constant torque speed ratio≥1: 50 .
         6. Motor overload ability. Rated voltage, rated frequency, can withstand 250% of the rated torque overload, which lasted 1min.
        7. The motor starting current does not exceed 250% of the rated current conditions, the starting torque at low frequency starting up to 250% of the rated torque.            

Second, the structure introduced:
1. Motor protection level is IP44, but also can be made as needed IP54, IP55.
2. Motor cooling is IC416 (fully enclosed, axial blower cooling).
3. The basic motor mounting type for uniaxial stretching, horizontal foot mounting (IMB3), but also can be made if necessary biaxial extension (IM1002).
4. The position of the motor outlet box is above the top of the machine drive (motor with frame size 450 and below) or top side (frame size 500 motor).
5. According to customer needs, the motor can be installed speed measuring device and temperature, temperature protection components.
