The machine tool is a special machine tool for thread turning, and the bed is processed by natural aging treatment. The surface of the bed adopts super audio frequency quenching treatment, and the hardness reaches above HRC52. The cone size (master) and tailstock are all treated with rhodium-plated chrome plating. The saddle is treated with film and the movement of the saddle is light, which reduces the wear of the guide rail of the bed. The slide plate is provided with fast feed, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The appearance is novel and beautiful. Generous, easy to operate. Widely used in the oil sector, Zhijin Department, chemical and hydropower, geology and so on. Can turn metric and inch cylindrical conical pipe thread, can also be turned outer circle, boring hole, inside and outside the cone surface.

We use electric furnace smelting, resin sand molding casting technology，avoid sand holes, stoma casting internal defect effectively, all the accessories are assayed by imported spectrum analyzer, it assures the quality of the casting . The casting had been through second thermal aging treatment with good stability.

Whole structure

The bed of floor type is the whole structure. The rigidity and width of guide way on the bed of lathe is good enough. 

Accuracy test

First step of the accuracy test of the equipment is testing the repeat accuracy of X and Y axis with Renishaw laser interometer imported from Britain.
