GLK-H high strength coil feeder machine:
1, work for metal coils with OD 1400mm to 1800mm
2, suitable for metal coil with thickness 0.6-6.0mm
3, mandrel is wedge type, which is more powerful than connecting rod type4, hydraulic expansion of decoiler mandrel
5, spacer of uncoiler mandrel is blackening to anti-oxidation
6, pressing arm with pneumatic type or hydraulic
7, supporting arm to protect decoiler mandrel
8, photoelectricity sensor to control mandrel rotating speed
9, with disk brake system and frequency inverter to stop decoiler rotating
10, coil car assist to load metal coil
11, coil keeper with wheel adjustment or customized as electrical adjustment
12, inlet arm with hydraulic power to put coil head into straightener feeder
13, straightener roller adjusted by electrical control
14, feeding height adjusted by electrical control
15, all rollers electroplated with chrom to achieve HRC 60-62 hardness, and tested by the concentricity with +/-0.005mm accuracy
