RNC-600 Automatic High Precision Servo Roller Feeder
RNC-600 servo feeder is one type of HongEr SERVO FEEDER with pneumatic release.
It can feed sheet metal coil material thickness 0.2-3.2 mm, width 600 mm, with max. feeding speed at 20m/min.
With Yaskawa servo system and Mitsubishi PLC, it can ensure +/-0.01mm feeding precision.

Description
The raw material of the feeding rollers of RNC is GCr15, rollers surface finish adopts electroplated hard-chrome, surface hardness reaches HRC60±2.
It has 10 sections adjustment, and the feeding length/pitch is adjustable.
