Smart Weigh hardware packaging machine on the basic of standard multihead scale. What do we consider for screw weigher packing machine?
Q1: Can the screw weigher load the heavy weight of screw?
A1: Sure. We adopt the thicker SUS material for whole machine: linear feeding pans, hoppers and discharge chute.
Q2: What's the differences compare with the standard weigher besides the thicker material?
A2: The design and construction of all hoppers are different. The hopper gates are strongly strengthen to prevent the problem: screw breaks through the hoppers when filling, then causes the bad accuracy.
Q3: Is this a mature machine?
A3: It's mature and we still keep updating to meet different customer's requirements. We developed screw multihead weigher on 2015, annual sales 15-25 units, the sales have been growing year by year.
