The complete PP hollow sheet production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control, the extruder equip with automatic feeding system, automatic temperature control system, the T die equip with automatic hydraulic screen changer, the cutting machine uses PID automatic cutting system, so the complete production line is automatically.
2, 30-50% electric power saving
The extruder motor adopts ABB inverter control which can save 30-50% power consumption,
the extruder heating uses ceramic heater or infrared heater which can heat fast and save 30-40% power consumption,
the Pull off and cutting machine uses servo motor which can save 50% power consumption.
so our pp hollow sheet production line is designed for 30-50% electricity power saving .
3, 200% Production capacity
Our Pp hollow corrugated sheet production line adopts fast vacuum cooling and calibration, the vacuum slots are specially designed into cross diamond shape which ensures fast cooling and uniform cooling. so combined with our automatic designed production line, the production capacity can be increased into double times. for example, for 2mm PP hollow corrugated sheet production, our machine can get speed of 9-10meters/minute.
4, 50-60% Low Production cost
Our PP hollow corrugated sheet extruder is specially designed for using high percentage of Filler masterbatch, the screw has special structure design for high mixing function, and the screw is made from special bimetallic material to avoid damage even use high percentage of filler masterbatch.. we have tested to make good quality Pp corrugated sheet by using 70% filler masterbatch in our machine. so it can save around 50% production cost.
