Aluminized Silicon products have good high temperature resistance. When the temperature is 450 ℃, it can ensure high reflectivity.When it is used for a long time under 550 ℃, it hardly changes. The aluminized silicon coated steel plate will maintain a bright appearance. Its heat resistance is equivalent to that of stainless steel 4 0 9 . The galvanized products will change color and be powdered at 300 ℃.
The aluminized silicon products have excelle nt corrosion resistance. The dense Al2O3 oxide film formed by the oxidation of the aluminum surface isolates the steel base from the oxidation medium, so that the coating will not cause further corrosion even under very bad environmental conditions, so it s corrosion resistance is very strong, and it also has good corrosion resistance to nitric acid, sea water, etc. the corrosion resistan ce of the aluminized silicon products is far greater than that of the galvanized products Product. The aluminizing process is a chemical heat treatment technique where workpieces are placed in an aluminum-containing medium, heated to a specific temperature, and held at that temperature to allow aluminum atoms to diffuse into the surface of the workpiece, forming an iron-aluminum alloy layer.
