High Speed Paper Cup Machine

The LK-200S intelligent paper cup machine features a bench-type layout that separates transmission components from moulds. The transmission parts are installed under the machine platen, while the moulds are mounted on the platen, making cleaning and maintenance convenient.
This machine is equipped with automatic spray lubrication and an all-new servo drive structure, eliminating the traditional indexing Geneva mechanism. This upgrade enhances the stability of the machine’s overall drive system and reduces the number of transmission components compared with conventional designs. Each section is controlled by servo systems, simplifying the basic transmission structure and making operation easier for workers, thus ensuring the stability and quality of the whole machine.
For electrical control, the machine adopts PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding to regulate operation. It has a production capacity of up to 150–180 pieces per minute and is suitable for manufacturing cold and hot paper cups ranging from 6 to 16 ounces.
