Instruction:

The QZHP-3016B robotic shotcrete machine (Mobile shotcrete robot vehicle) is used for wet concrete pumping spraying in mines, tunnels and outdoor construction etc. The robotic shotcrete machine is consisted of chassis, concrete pumping system, concrete robot spraying system, chemical pumping system, air compressor all in one, even the diesel generator also could customized to fullfill the 100% diesel power and working on job site independence and no need extra city power on jobsite shotcrete operation.

Chassis:

The wet concrete spraying truck cab is centered, the wheelbase is only 4 meters. The front axle has a swinging suspension. It has good driving performance with wide tires. The approach angle and departure angle can reach 25°, and the ground clearance is up to 0.4 meters. The whole vehicle is powered by Weichai Deutz 82KW diesel engine. The walking system adopts hydrostatic drive system. The steering system adopts multi-wheel steering control system, which has various steering modes, such as front wheel steering, four-wheel steering, crab walking steering and so on. The vehicle can be flexibly turned and driven in a small space.

Features:

QZHP-3016B The robot boom arm can achieve 0-360° full rotation, with a nozzle axial rotation angle of 360° and a vertical axial swing angle of 240°. Combined with a boom pitch angle of 0-63° and a forearm pitch angle of +5°-115°, it can flexibly cover various working angles, adapting to construction needs without blind spots. This model has a vertical spraying height of up to 16m and a horizontal spraying width of up to 27m, easily covering high-level working surfaces such as tunnel arches and high wall tops without the need for scaffolding.

The robot shotcrete boom arm in 16m reach height, very flexible, the end flexible spraying nozzle with brushing ability to ensure more evenly equal and efficiency while concrete spraying operation.

The shotcrete robot span between the front and rear outriggers is flexibly adjustable, with the front outrigger span between 2.1 and 3.1m and the rear outrigger span at 2.1m, for a total span of 5900mm, effectively improving operational stability and safety. In terms of power, this model adopts a dual-power system, equipped with a 55kW electric motor and an 82kW WP4G110 diesel engine, allowing for flexible switching and adaptability to different power supply scenarios such as urban and remote construction sites.
