GRC Flame-retared resin panel

GRP is the English abbreviation of Glass Fiber Reinforced plastics, which means glass reinforced thermosetting plastic or glass reinforced plastic. GRP is a composite material, including a matrix and a reinforcement.  The matrix of GRP material is resin, which plays a bonding role and accounts for 30%~40% of the total volume.  Resin is a thermosetting plastic, including epoxy (EP), phenolic resin (PF), etc., while resin is also an organic nonmetallic material.  The reinforcement of GRP material is glass fiber, which plays a reinforcing role.  Glass fiber is an inorganic nonmetal artificial inorganic fiber, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, Kevlar fiber B, etc., accounting for 60%~70% of the total volume.  Therefore, GRP is a plastic-based composite material composed of organic nonmetal and inorganic nonmetal.  GRP has good electrical insulation and bonding properties, high mechanical strength and heat resistance, textile property, resistance to common acid and alkali and organic solvents, and resistance to mold.  Molding shrinkage is small with volume shrinkage rate of 1%~5%. After adding curing agent, it must be pressurized and heated to form, and it can also be cured at normal temperature under contact pressure.  Strong plasticity, often used for decoration and decoration of the modelling part.
