Application

Where This Heavy-Duty Decoiler Works

Typical parts and production lines that this heavy-duty decoiler feeds or supports.

Automotive stamping

Body panels, brackets and chassis parts from steel coil.

Electrical components

Motor laminations, switch housings and terminal strips.

Appliance metal parts

Washing-machine drums, refrigerator shelves and oven frames.

Construction hardware

Fasteners, brackets and structural fittings from coil steel.

Why it works

Key Features of the MT-H Series

Width range 70 mm – 1200 mm

Strip and coil widths to 70 mm – 1200 mm are supported across the model range.

Coil thickness 0.5 mm – 4.5 mm

Handles material from 0.5 mm – 4.5 mm, so one machine covers your light and heavy gauges.

20 t coil capacity

Coils up to 20 t can be loaded, so the line runs longer between changes.

0–16m operation

Running at 0–16m to keep pace with high-speed press cycles.

Motorized or hydraulic drive

Coils are unwound smoothly with controlled tension, protecting surface finish and keeping line speed stable.

Expandable mandrel system

Grips the coil inner diameter securely for safe handling during loading and unwinding.

Assembled, Test-Run and Packed in Our Factory

The MT-H Series is produced in the FANTY workshop alongside our full range of decoilers, straighteners, feeders and presses. Every unit goes through the same controlled build sequence before it is released for shipment.

  1. 01

    Load coil

Place the coil onto the mandrel using a coil car or crane.

  2. 02

    Expand mandrel

Pneumatic or hydraulic expansion grips the coil ID firmly.

  3. 03

    Adjust brake

Set back tension to match line speed and coil weight.

  4. 04

    Feed strip

Strip is pulled smoothly into the downstream machine.
