Paperless Order Picking Solution Pick to Light Technology (External Power Supply)
This pick to light kit includes a base station with an integrated server and four e-paper pick-to-light labels, along with a button-light integrated picking label that has no screen, powered by an external 24V supply. This system supports real-time content updates and seamless integration with warehouse management software (WMS).
During the picking process, the system lights up the corresponding label on products or shelves, guiding operators to the correct items. The e-paper displays offer exceptionally low power consumption, surpassing LCD and other screens, ensuring long-term, eco-friendly operation.
The SETP_Router_V1.5, as the access point for all pick-to-light models, this iteration stands out with its self-sufficiency. It comes equipped with a built-in server program. This innovative design streamlines user interactions, requiring only direct instruction input for data transfer, ensuring unparalleled ease of use. This PTL base station allows it to receive button feedback from the Pick to Light electronic labels while sending data to them.
