Disc Diffuser AS-DD215 Textile Industries Application
1. Dye Transport: During the dyeing process, disc diffuser facilitates dye transport by injecting air bubbles into the dye bath. These bubbles help to disperse the dye evenly in the water and can increase the surface area of the dye in contact with the fibers, resulting in a more uniform and consistent dyeing effect.
2. Dissolved Gas: The dyeing process often requires the dissolution of gases (e.g., air or gas mixtures) into the dye liquor to facilitate the dissolution or reaction of the dye. By injecting gas bubbles into the dye bath through the disc diffuser, the gas can be efficiently transferred into the dye liquor to achieve the desired gas solubility.
3.
