CamelConvey pusher dog is one kinds of overhead coneyor parts, and we can provide X348 Side Link Pusher Dog, X458 Side Pusher Dog and X678 Side Link Pusher Dog. Pusher dogs engage retractable dogs on free line trolleys to push the trolley through the power portions of Power & Free conveyors. Pusher dogs are assembled to Rivetless chain in place of lower side links at specified intervals between power trolleys. Pusher Dog is composed of a connecting bar with moveable flipper lugs and two attachment pendants. Connecting bar is attached to the conveyor chain with the pendants, nuts, and cotter pins. Furnished in a zinc plate finish.
Pusher dogs are hardened and tempered steel forgings. Pusher dogs are usually furnished assembled to the overhead conveyor parts.
