What is the MOQ for custom whisky packaging boxes?
Our typical MOQ starts from 500 pieces, depending on the box structure, materials, finishing and customization requirements. Contact us with your quantity and specifications for a project-specific quotation.
Can you design the box around my whisky bottle dimensions?
Yes. Custom spirits packaging can be developed around your bottle dimensions, weight, shape and presentation requirements.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide bottle dimensions, bottle weight, required quantity, target market, preferred structure, artwork or logo file and any reference packaging images.
Which insert is best for a heavy glass bottle?
EVA and high-density foam are commonly considered where strong positioning and cushioning are priorities. Paperboard and molded-fiber options may also be suitable depending on the actual bottle.
Can I customize the size, structure and printing?
Yes. Size, structure, paper, color, printing, logo finishing, inserts and accessories can all be customized.
Can you make a sample before mass production?
Yes. A physical prototype can be produced so you can review structure, bottle fit, material, color and finishing before approving mass production.
How long does sampling and production take?
A custom sample typically takes approximately 5–7 days, while mass production is typically around 25–30 days depending on quantity, structure, finishing and final specifications.
Do you offer FSC-certified packaging options?
FSC-certified paper options can be considered for qualifying projects, subject to material availability, certification scope and the required FSC claim.
Can you develop more paper-based inserts?
Yes. Depending on bottle geometry and protection requirements, paperboard or molded-fiber inserts can be evaluated as alternatives to conventional plastic-based inserts.
Can you ship custom spirits packaging internationally?
DHP supports international packaging projects and can provide export packing and delivery support according to destination and order requirements.
