1. Equipment Status Confirmation:
Check all equipment components for integrity, ensuring there are no loose, detached, or damaged parts (such as the suction hopper, forming device, sealing mold, etc.).
Confirm there are no tools, screws, or other foreign objects left inside the machine or on the conveyor belt.
Check that the emergency stop button is in the released position.
2. Power and Air Supply Check:
Ensure the power supply voltage is stable and meets equipment requirements.
Check that the compressed air pressure reaches the set value (usually 0.6-0.8 MPa) and ensure there are no leaks in the air lines. Insufficient air pressure is one of the main causes of incomplete sealing and improper operation.
3. Material Preparation:
Film Roll: Check that the film material and specifications are correct, the installation direction is correct, and the tension adjustment is appropriate. Ensure the film surface is free of wrinkles and damage.
Suction Nozzle: Check that the suction nozzle specifications are correct, ensure there is sufficient material in the suction hopper, and check that the feeding track is unobstructed.
Product: Ensure the characteristics of the product to be packaged (such as powder flowability, liquid viscosity, particle size) match the equipment capacity.
4. Temperature Control System Preheating:
Set the sealing temperature in advance (horizontal sealing, vertical sealing, nozzle sealing, etc.) according to the material and thickness of the packaging film.
Sufficient preheating is essential. Production should only begin after the set temperature has been reached and stabilized; otherwise, it may result in weak seals or burn-through of the film.
