FOVO Thermal ceramic fiber modules feature a pre-compressed design (compression ratio 30–45%), creating a seamless monolithic lining after installation that effectively eliminates gaps from fiber shrinkage and prevents heat short-circuiting. Modules are secured to the furnace shell with stainless steel anchors with excellent resistance to gas flow erosion. 1430°C (zirconia-containing) modules are manufactured at 220 kg/m³ density; 1600°C (polycrystalline mullite) modules at 180 kg/m³ density — balancing insulation performance with rapid response requirements.

Suitable for roof and sidewall linings in walking beam furnaces and pusher-type continuous heating furnaces. Modular construction increases installation speed by 3–5 times compared to traditional brick linings, making it ideal for continuous heating applications with high gas flow velocity.
Suitable for full-fiber lining retrofits in large bogie hearth furnaces and bell-type annealing furnaces. 1600°C modules feature a low-density design (180 kg/m³) with low heat storage and fast heat-up response — particularly suitable for heat treatment processes requiring rapid thermal cycling. Full-fiber linings can achieve 20–30% energy savings.
Suitable for linings in reformer furnaces, cracking furnaces, and conversion furnaces in the petrochemical industry. Ceramic fiber modules offer excellent thermal shock resistance to accommodate frequent start-ups and temperature fluctuations, along with good chemical stability against H₂, CO, and hydrocarbon atmospheres.
Suitable for insulation linings in cement rotary kiln hoods, grate coolers, and preheater systems. The low density of ceramic fiber modules significantly reduces structural load on kiln hood steelwork, while offering excellent alkali vapor resistance for alkaline environments in cement production lines.
