Machine structure

High rigidity and stability structure design, torsion resistant thick wall hollow steel, welded by Q345 steel from qualified supplier.

High temperature annealing treatment, processed by CNC processing center.

The machine frame will be treated by Sand blast, the surface will be coated by zinc, Dupont plastic power spraying, guarantee a longer life service time of the machine structure.

The machine frame is detachable, easy design for install and transport.

Detachable engine bearing design, easy for machine maintenance.

Inner Steam chamber system

Mold supporting plate adopt 16Mn（Q345） stainless steel, the thickness is 30MM.

Steam chamber is 240MM deep, extension frame is optional for thicker product.

Multiple steam inlet hole on the steam chamber for faster steam flow.

Multiple drainage outlet for faster drainage.

Standard mold connecting frame for mold halves.

With the inner machine steam chamber, tooling cost will save about 1500 USD, compared to normal tooling cost.

5%－10% less energy consumption than machine without inner steam chamber(compared to Tekula machine)

10% shorter cycle time than machine without inner steam chamber(compared to Tekula machine)

Quick mold change system is optional, mold changing time only 7 minute, operated by experienced operator.  (optional)

Balancing gear equipped on the machine to ensure the mold halves are parallel to each other when closing the mold halves and ensure an precise filling gap.

Adjustable mold reinforcement plate for better support of the mold halves, prevent the mold getting deformed from the high locking pressure.

Mold connecting frame positioning pin, for better precise installation of the mold halves.

Moving mold detachable plate can be changed anytime, provide a longer service life of the machine.

Detachable screw thread is installed in the mold plate, to protect the mold plate screw thread.
