High rigidity and stability structure design, torsion resistant thick wall hollow steel, welded by steel from qualified supplier.

 High temperature annealing treatment, processed by CNC processing center.

The machine frame will be treated by Sand blast, the surface will be coated by zinc, famous plastic power spraying, guarantee a longer life service time of the machine structure.

Inner steam chamber is made of 30mm thick stainless steel, steam chamber 200~240mm deep, largely reduce mold cost, prevent possible leakage.

Multiple steam inlet hole on the steam chamber for faster steam flow.

Multiple drainage outlet for faster drainage.

Balancing gear equipped on the machine to ensure the mold halves are parallel to each other when closing the mold halves and ensure an precise filling gap.
