KJS650# series NC precision slitting production line is for material max. 4mm thick,max.650mm width of coil, with speed 10-120m/min(adjustable),cutting strips 15 pieces . The machine can do uncoiling, slitting ,tensioning and recoiling works.
Machine consists of uncoiler ,loop pit ,side guide ,slitting machine & power unit ,transition table ,scrap winder, rear loop,tension unit ,recoiler ,hydraulic system ,electrical system and so on.
The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Omron, Siemens, Delta etc.. According to order amount ,cutting strips,different strip width ,line speed, the user can set it freely.
