Nadroparin calcium heparin obtainedby nitrous acid depolymerization of heparin from porcine intestinal mucosa; themajority of the components have a 2-O-sulfo-α-L-idopyranosuronic acid structureat the non-reducing end and a 6-O-sulfo-2, 5-anhydro-D-mannitol structure atthe reducing end of their chain; the average molecular mass ranges between 3600to 5000 with a characteristic value of about 4300; at least 15% of them have amass percentage less than 2000. The degree of sulfatation is about 2 perdisaccharidic unit. With reference to the dried substance, the potency permilligram is between 95 U ~130U, and the ratio of the potency of anti-Xaelement and anti-IIa element to be 2.5~4.0.
