Procedure 1: Load the metal coil on the decoiler mandrel, uncoil the coil thread
Procedure 2: Insert the coil thread into straightener, adjust the straightener to perform an ideal flatness
Procedure 3: Load the film coil on the mandrel of laminator, paste the metal strip and film strip together
Procedure 4: Insert the strip into the NC servo feeder, set the feeding length data so the servo feeder can feed the length accurately
Procedure 5: Operate the press machine (mounted with progressive dies) to cut the metal strip into round cornered metal blanks
Procedure 6: Non-automatic step: Operate the Engraving machine to engrave the metal blanks with numbers and the borders
Procedure 7: Non-automatic step: Operate the hot stamping machine to print the final colors on the numbers and borders

Attention: 

1. The automatic production line includes decoiler straightener 2 in 1 machine, laminator machine, NC servo feeder machine, punch press machine mounted with progressive dies.

2. HongEr is professional manufacturer of machines for metal stamping, thus we don't produce the laminator machine, but we have partner supplier for this machine.

3. The product of the automatic line is not the final product (car license number plates), you need 2 more non-automatic but simple procedures

4. The following non-automatic procedures are "engraving" and "hot printing".

5. The machines for these two procedures are "engraving machine" and "hot printing machines"

Decoiler straightener feeder 3 in 1 machine are 15-65workdays.

Uncoiler straightener 2 in 1 machine are 1-25 workdays.

Feeder , uncoiler machine are 1-20 workdays.

Forming machine are 20-45 workdays.

5.What is the payment terms for one order?

30% down payment by T/T. 70% balance byT/T or L/C at sight.

6.What is the warranty time for the machine?

We will give one year warranty time to the customer.

7.What is the quality control in the company?

We inspect the machine according to ISO 9001 standard and test the machine before

delivery and we make our machine with CNC equipment in our factory. Our machines
