MESCO High Nitrogen Stainless Steel is a premium specialty alloy material manufactured using proprietary patented smelting and heat treatment technologies. Through innovative top-ladle nitrogen blowing + catalytic nitrogen fixation + digital model intelligent alloy composition control, MESCO has overcome industry bottlenecks of low nitrogen content and limited product variety. Product performance meets world-class standards, with strength 2–3 times that of conventional stainless steel and corrosion resistance over 3 times that of 300-series grades. Widely adopted in aerospace, marine engineering, oil drilling, chemical processing, defense, and medical device manufacturing. Tensile strength up to 2,000 MPa; yield strength exceeding 1,850 MPa. Ideal for high-load structural applications. Seawater corrosion resistance over 3x that of 300-series stainless steel. Duplex grades achieve PRE > 42. Austenitic grades are completely non-magnetic. Martensitic grades retain stability at 500°C with excellent wear resistance.
