FFGRD MODEL.
FFGRD-Model automatic flexo print slot die cut machine with gluer strapper device is used for corrugated carton making, inline machine. It starts from corrugated board and end in carton in pile automaticlly. All adjustment is controlled by digitally and PLC. Both vacuum transfer and roller to roller transfer avaiable, top print type, CAD model combination, 1-5 colors print based on customer needed, customer can choose slot untir or die cut unit based on his carton shape. Order memory function is avaiable, 3-5 operator needed.
Feeding unit
Both continuous feeding and skip feeding avaiable with counter.
Four roller feeding structure, upper two roller is wrapped with rubber which can reduce the flute be damaged.
Dust removal brush and motor is available.
Print unit
Flexo plate roll mounting device is avaiable.
Penumatic clutch is adopted on the anilox roller, it can automatic ink distributing when machine is stop working to prevent the ink go drying.
Print register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Automatic ink feeding and cycling.
Slot unit
Full autoamtic slotting structure, upper and lower slot boss and creasing wheel are coupled to keep them aligned when moving synchronously which is higher precision and longer service time. Carton height, length and width is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Die cut unit
Anvil roller can transverse movement 50mm when it is working.
Die cutting register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil flat and smooth.
Gluer unit
It is connect with slot unit(die cut unit), lower folding model.
Strapper unit
It is connected with gluer unit, collect the pile carton and packed automaticlly, counting device is avaiable.
