The receiving probe captures these echo signals, which are processed to form waveforms or images, enabling the determination of defect location, size, and nature.

MUT flaw detection significantly reduces product quality issues, effectively safeguarding customer interests from loss and ensuring the smooth implementation of pile foundation projects.


MPI Testing

The C9 latch and spiral steel pipe were welded using full welding, and the inspection method employed was MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection). When discontinuities such as cracks or pores exist in the material, the magnetic flux lines distort at the defect site, causing some lines to escape the surface and form a **leakage magnetic field**. This field attracts and holds magnetic powder, creating visible agglomerations at the defect location, thereby directly revealing the position, size, and shape of the defects. Manual magnetic particle inspection is a crucial step in quality control.
