The KD-ZCSX01 Frog Wear Gauge is a wear measurement instrument. This gauge uses the unworn surfaces on both sides of the frog's wing rails as the reference plane for wear measurement. On the measured cross-section, the maximum distance between the inner positioning points at the lower ends of the vertical positioning rods at both ends of the support beam should be less than or equal to the distance between the intersection points of the outer edges of the unworn surfaces of the frog's two wing rails and that measured cross-section. Simultaneously, the minimum distance between the inner positioning points at the lower ends of the vertical positioning rods at both ends of the support beam should be greater than the distance between the intersection points of the inner edges of the unworn surfaces of both wing rails and that measured cross-section.
