WJJ series Stationery Plastic Sheet Extrusion Machines is mainly used to manufacture PP,PE,PS,HIPS stationery plank and other packaging material.
The machine has the following characteristics:
1.It is featured in good mould ability due to the large L/D ratio of the screw in the extrusion unit.
2.Advanced electrical and laser-pressed device in the mould net-changed makes the operation easy and increases production efficiency.
3.The mould of heat inside is featured in easy mould adjusting, equal sheet thickness, constant flowing speed, high hot utilization, energy saving and so on.
4.Sheet cutting machine can auto-work such as cutting into slices with settle length, counting number by adopting the micro-computer and laser-pressed control.
