The system operates on an advanced integrated model that combines absolute control point measurement using a total station with inertial measurement. It can perform resection and setup without the need for precise leveling of the total station through multi-point automatic search and measurement, or by sighting a single CPIII point or fixed peg point utilizing constrained measurement principles. It simultaneously measures internal track parameters and external alignment parameters (both plane and elevation), achieving a measurement efficiency of 1.5 - 3.0 km/h.
Using dedicated fine-adjustment software or dedicated adjustment software, and based on absolute displacement data from the CPIII network or fixed peg network, the system provides the following solutions:
1、For Ballastless Tracks: The system automatically simulates and adjusts the track alignment and smoothness. Leveraging precise identification from the fastening clip recognition system, it generates a precise adjustment construction plan pinpointed to each individual sleeper, guiding on-site fine-adjustment work.
2、For Ballasted Tracks: The system automatically simulates and adjusts the track alignment and smoothness. It outputs data reports at various intervals (e.g., 2m, 2.5m, 5m) and creates tamping solution files in VER or TGCS format. These solutions can be directly imported into the tamping machine's computer system to guide its precise and digital tamping operations.
The generated static Track Quality (TQ) report for the section can be used for overall track quality assessment upon completion of construction and for project acceptance.
